How to: Copy formatting to text.
Solution:
Use the 'Format Painter' on the 'Standard' toolbar.
1) Select (highlight) the text or data containing the formatting to be copied.
2) Click 'Format Painter' on the 'Standard' toolbar. (The cursor appears as a paint brush.)
3) To apply the formatting, drag the paint brush pointer across the text to receive the formatting.
4) Release the mouse button when text or data has been selected. (The text assumes the same format as the text selected in step 1.)
